Laundry Sheets

How do I use the laundry sheets?

Place the sheet directly into the drum of your washing machine, before or after adding your clothes. Start your wash cycle as usual with cold, warm, or hot water. The sheet dissolves completely in water—no mess, no plastic jugs, and no residue.

Are there any fragrance?

With regards to the fragrance that we used, we have added small dosages of fragrances in our laundry sheets formulation, so that it is non-toxic when diluted with water. The fragrance that we used are also developed without many known allergens and without any Prop 65 banned ingredients. Our fragrances are not meant to stay on your clothes for an extended period of time.

Is it safe for baby clothes?

Hi! Yes our laundry sheets are made with natural and plant-based ingredients. They are hypoallergenic, and allergen free, safe for sensitive skin & baby clothes!

How can I remove tough stains with these sheets?

You may try to spot treat stain marks first before washing by tearing 1/4 - 1/2 a sheet and place it on stain areas and active the cleaning solution by pouring some water on it and gently scrubing it with a brush on stained areas. Alternatively for lighter stains you may choose to soak the laundry first before your normal wash cycle. You may soak stained laundry in a bucket of water with 1/2 - 1 sheet of water depending on the water usage required. However, do note that our laundry sheets are not as chemically harsh and strong as bleach. Hope this helps and keep us updated on the results of your stain removal

What is the recommended dosage?

Our recommended dosage is as follows:
Half Load (4kg or less): 1/2 Sheet
Full Load (4 to 8kg): ≥ 1 Sheet
Full Load + Heavily Soiled (8kg and above): 2 Sheets
 

Ultimately, the number of sheets used per load is at your discretion based on the size and soil level of your laundry. Our laundry sheets are designed for flexibility. Each sheet can be used for a standard load, but for smaller loads or lightly soiled clothing, you can tear the sheets along the dotted line and use half a sheet 

Does it consists of toxic ingredients?

Our Laundry sheets does not contain harsh chemicals such as Bleach, Optical brighteners, Fluorescent whitening agents (FWAs), Dyes and Phosphates to whiten and wash your laundry. Instead our laundry sheets contains natural plant based enzymes to remove tough stains, that are safe and non-toxic. Our laundry sheets are also EPA Safer choice, and USDA Bio Preferred certified.

Is it safe to use the laundry sheets in any washing machine?

Yes, our laundry sheets are safe for use in all types of washing machines. The low-suds formula is compatible with top load, front load, and high-efficiency (HE) machines.

Are the laundry sheets safe for all fabric material, including delicates?

It is safe for all fabric materials, including delicate fabrics like Cotton, Linen, Silk, Polyester, Wool, Cashmere,.. . Our plant based enzyme formulation is PH Neutral, very gentle and non corrosive. It works for all types of fabric and clothing.

Can I still use the sheets if they stick together or feel damp?

Yes, the sheets are still completely safe and effective to use. However, avoid handling them with wet hands to prevent further sticking.

My order is missing an item, what should I do?

I need to make changes to my order, what should I do?

As long as your order has yet been packed and processed on our end. Contact us via our contact form, and let us know what changes you would like to make.

Can I cancel my order?

As long as your order has yet been packed and processed on our end. We will be able to cancel your order.

I did not receive an order confirmation email

Kindly reach out to us with your contact number that you used to make your purchase with, and we will be able to send your your order confirmation email.

Shipping and Delivery

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes, we offer free shipping for orders above dh 145.

When can I expect to receive my order?

For orders placed before 10th June, it will take up to 14 working days for you to receive your order. Orders placed after 10th June, will be delivered within 3 to 5 working days.

Do you offer self collection?

Unfortunately, we do not offer self collection at the moment.

Do you offer tracked shipping?

Yes. We offer tracking for all of our orders. If you have yet to receive yours, please drop us an email with your order number, email, and contact number.

Subscription

How do I manage my subscription?

You can manage everything about your subscription, skip, reschedule, or cancel, by logging into your SimplyGood account. Just head to the "My Subscriptions" section powered by Appstle and make any changes you need.

Can I update my payment or shipping details?

Yes! Go to your SimplyGood account, click on your active subscription, and you'll see options to update your payment method or change your shipping address, easy and secure.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Yes, you can cancel your subscription anytime. Simply log into your account, select your subscription, and click “Cancel.” No calls, no emails, no hassle. (P.S. Want a break instead? You can pause it too!)

Can I skip a delivery or change my next order date?

Absolutely! You’re in control. You can skip an upcoming order or adjust your next delivery date anytime from your subscription dashboard. Perfect if you're still working through your last batch!

What if I want to change the products in my subscription?

You can swap products at any time. Whether you're switching scents or trying something new, just log into your subscription portal and click “Edit” under the product list. Your preferences will be updated for future orders.

How do I access my SimplyGood Account?

Click on the account icon: You’ll find the 👤 Account icon at the top-right corner of the homepage. Tap or click on it.

Log in using your email and password: Enter the email address you used during your first purchase or account sign-up. Type your password and click “Sign In.” Forgot your password? Click the “Forgot password?” link on the login page. Enter your email to receive a reset link.
