Unfortunately, once a subscription order has been processed, we’re unable to cancel or refund it. To avoid this, we recommend setting a reminder before your next cycle or adjusting your preferences in the portal in advance.Note that if you would like to return your order upon receiving it, return shipping costs are not covered by SimplyGood. Once your return is received and approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method. It may take up to 5 to 10 business days depending on your bank or card provider.

This happens when small amounts of moisture interact with the tablet, causing a minor reaction that releases air inside the packaging. However, rest assured that this does not affect the effectiveness or safety of the product.You can still use the tablet as intended - simply dissolve it in water as per the usual instructions. If needed, you may gently release the trapped air by making a small hole in the packaging to release the air while in storage. To help prevent this from occurring in the future, we recommend storing the tablets in a dry, cool place or in an airtight container such as a ziplock bag.
